Yes, we accept international order to the following countries as of now – USA, UK, Europe, AUS, NZ, and Canada.

We offer Free Shipping across India. International orders have flat shipping fee rates which will be added once you checkout the cart, respective of the country.

Order status can be tracked using Check Order Status or referring to the shipping confirmation email sent to the email provided at checkout.

We do not offer exchange on any domestic and international orders currently.

Yes, while placing an order you can add a shipping address separate to the billing address. You can also include a personal note in your gift order.

Although, we do not offer returns, once the return window is closed. However, on special occasions for some genuine reasons we can consider return request for domestic buyers within 15 days of the purchase. After 15 days, we will not consider any returns on any item.

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products you received over 15 days ago
  • Products without original packaging, labels and proof of purchase document
  • Products or packaging in poor condition
  • Products not identified as faulty (broken, incorrect, incomplete)
  • Products not have proof of faults in the images

Please note that if you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have original Invoice, we’re unable to process a refund, so please keep your receipt or order confirmation.
